If you like coaching this is your chance to become a coach and a friend to 8-16 year olds who are always enthusiastic, often very talented and for whom football is a big part of life. If you have coaching experience you may be able to coach at the Academy and really make your mark on the development of international football.
If you're more interested in playing and improving your own skills, our training programme at the Academy is a brilliant opportunity to develop your talents alongside some of West Africa's elite youth athletes.

This placement is based in the mountains near the capital city, Accra, in an academy which hosts over 50 players, all of whom have been awarded scholarships to receive top-level training and education. As a coach, you will be able to implement your own ideas to improve the current training methods while living at the academy.
