The sound of cow bells, herds of sheep, free roaming horses and pigs, local food tasting e.g cheese, ham and honey; alpine forests, the sensual aroma of summer meadows and crystal clear mountain lakes. The ever present snow-capped mountain peaks, noise of waterfalls, streams, roaring mountain rivers, the sight of vultures and eagles, is a constant reflection of this superb region.
We are based in a lavishly refurbed farmhouse with an out door Jacuzzi which over looks the mountains. Many ingredients in the evening meals come from the owner's family farm.
Due to the long balmy evenings, eating alfresco is a favoured option.
