OA Surf Club at Widemouth Bay has been offering surfing, coasteering for over 40 years and is the original Widemouth Bay Surf School. Widemouth Bay is just outside Bude, Cornwall and is one of the top surfing destinations in the UK, we are blessed with many great surfing beaches and Widemouth Bay is one of them. Widemouth Bay has perfect rolling waves which are ideal for learning to surf or progressing your skills, we have been teaching people to surf and work with all abilities and ages, you’re never too old to learn! We are the only Surfing England accredited surf school in Widemouth Bay so you can ensure that our surf coaches are fully qualified, beach lifeguards and DBS checked.If you fancy something different we also offer coasteering experiences. Coasteering is an incredible activity that combines swimming, scrambling and jumping off rocks into the sea. Explore and see the coastline from a different perspective. Swim through natural arches and into sea caves, traverse across barnacle covered ledges and jump into the crystal clear Cornish sea to swim across inlets and discover hidden beaches. Coasteering in Bude is an amazing experience.

We are set in 10 acres of Heritage Coast and have private access to beautiful Wanson Beach, Stunning coastal views and sunsets.

At OA Stay, we can accommodate up to 40 guests in a variety of bedrooms, including singles, twins, doubles and family rooms, with breath taking views of the Cornish coast.
Our large lounge, dining room and bar area provide plenty of space for everyone to get together and socialize. And with 10 acres of grounds to explore and relax in, there\'s no shortage of outdoor space to enjoy as well, including plenty of outside seating and a fire pit for watching the sunset from our clifftop setting. You can also access our private path to the beach in front of the building, as well as the coastal path for some beautiful walks.
