Rafting or white water rafting is a recreational activity and a sport that utilises a inflatable raft to navigate across a river, or other bodies of water.

Whitewater rafting is a thrilling activity involving navigating a raft down a river through a series of rapids. Usually done in groups, it ranges in duration from a few hours on a rafting day trip to 2 week long.
