Blog

So, what makes a great adventure blog? For us it’s a combination of action sports articles and independent gear and holiday reviews. We are all fascinated by the combination of adventure and travel, so when writing about it we want to do justice to both.

We know for sure no one likes just one activity and the same goes for destinations. Travel and adventure sports are addictive, and inspiring too. So how do you bring both together into one adventure blog? Here’s how we do it at AWE365.

Action sports articles

We definitely do action sports. Ok. it’s kinda difficult to categorise because for some people these might fit into the category of extreme sports – depending on what’s extreme to them. We’ll write action sports articles about how to go off-piste in France or the best scuba diving spots in Tenerife, but we’re unlikely to write top tips on how to land a 300-foot drop.

Adventure travel inspiration

It’s all about adventure travel inspiration and creating content that reveals opportunities for your next holiday. Could be destination or activity specific.

Gear and holiday reviews

That’s why on our adventure blog we write gear and holiday reviews. We are interested in action sports articles about new destinations, innovate activities, eco-friendly adventures and look out for the gear you might need.

Impartial adventure blog

We aim for objective, impartial and useful content. Destination reviews are key to an adventure blog and each destination has its pros and cons, so we’ll bring that out when we write. Same goes for gear reviews – we don’t get paid to do them, but do get to keep the gear. And with gear, we field review everything or get an expert to do it with us – and we pick products to fit a niche, not just because they are new and ‘game changers’. Sometimes get paid to write about specific activities and destinations (we’ll always tell you if that’s the case).

You are guaranteed to find adventure travel inspiration in the AWE365 adventure blog below. With our regular action sports articles, gear and holiday reviews, top 10s, tips, travel guides and so much more there is sure to be something that floats your boat, (bike or boots!).
