Maasai Mara Game Reserve covers 700 Square miles of magnificent wilderness. It is the Africa of the imagination; endless reaches of acacia-dotted grasslands studded with hazy hills. It’s the land of African legend: Lion are abundant throughout the park, as are the elephants, giraffes, and a variety of gazelle species and zebra. Cheetah and leopard are also regularly seen and, less commonly, rhino.
The annual wildebeest migration, one of nature’s few remaining wildlife spectacles, occurs in the Mara where the big animals and their predators are to be present in abundance. Several species of Bee-Eater, the flying rainbow that heads the list of the Mara’s birds, occur in the reserve.
As well as wildlife, the Maasai Mara is also home to many members of the colourful Maasai tribe who in can August be seen around the borders of the park – Morans (warriors) loping across the plains, young boys herding goats, or elders grouped under a tree discussing matters of the day.

Itinerary
Day 1: 2020: Nairobi Overnight
Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International office and after clearing with customs authorities, you will be transferred by our courtesy vehicles to a city hotel for overnight
Overnight (B&B): Ibis Styles Westlands Nairobi
Day 2: 2020: Nairobi-Amboseli NP
07:00hrs; early morning breakfast and then depart for Amboseli National Park arriving in time for lunch. On arrival check-in and have lunch at the lodge. Mid-afternoon at leisure to enjoy lodge facilities. At 15:30hrs, embark on the afternoon game drive at the park. Amboseli National Park is located immediately North West of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Amboseli is known for its vast wildlife and its great scenic beauty. The landscape is dominated by the mighty Mt. Kilimanjaro. Tanzania owns the mountain but Kenya got the best view!!
19:00hrs; Dinner and overnight

Day 3: 2020: Amboseli-Namanga Border-Arusha Town-Tarangire NP
06:00hrs; early breakfast at the lodge. Then depart for Namanga border crossing with a game drive en-route. After clearing with customs authorities, you will exit Kenya and enter Tanzania Republic. You will then board your Tanzania registered safari Land cruiser for the onward journey to Tarangire National Park.
12:00hrs; Hot Lunch at the Kibo Palace Hotel in Arusha. After lunch, depart for Tarangire National Park for a sun-set game drive in the park. Then check-in at for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: 2020: Ngorongoro Crater Tour: A World Heritage Site
07:30hrs: Breakfast at the lodge and check-out. Depart for to the rim of Ngorongoro Crater and descend to the floor of this world heritage site. Enjoy the game drive at the floor of the Iconic Caldera.
13:00hrs: Enjoy your box lunches at a picnic site at the floor of the crater.
16:00hrs: Drive out of the crater and transfer to the lodge for night stop.

Ngorongoro Conservation area: is a World Heritage Site and is home to nearly 25,000 animals. This caldera, formed by a volcano sinking, hosts a unique cross-section of ecosystems, from Soda Lake to savanna and is home to almost every major species of African mammals. Later in the day, our time will run out and we will ascend on the steep slopes, back to the rim of this world famous crater.
Day 5: 2020: Full Day in Ndutu Area
After breakfast depart for South Ndutu area in Ngorongoro Conservation area where you will have a chance to explore the vast plains to pursue the wildlife.
Ndutu Area At the heart of the South Serengeti lies the world famous Ndutu. Offering consistently the best wildlife viewing during the green season, Ndutu is strategically situated at the center of the southern plains although the immediate area is blanketed with a forest of acacia trees.

Day 6: 2020: Ndutu Area- Central Serengeti NP
Enjoy your hot breakfast, check-out then depart with picnic lunch boxes for Serengeti National Park. On arrival experience a game drive at the park in search of the big 5. At 1300hrs enjoy your box lunches at a picnic site. Spend the rest of the day with game drives and later at 17:00hrs; check in at the Camp in Central Serengeti.
Meals & Overnight (FB): Serengeti Kati Kati Tented Camp
Day 7: 2020: Serengeti NP - Masai Mara
At 07:00hrs; early morning breakfast and depart for Kenya Tanzania border point of Sirari/ Isebania. After the cross border formalities you change the Tanzania registered driver guide(s) and the vehicle to Kenya registered guides and 4x4 land cruiser. You will have either Picnic lunch on this day or a hot Lunch (if time allows) at Border Point Lodge http://www.bplodge.com/. Thereafter embark on a drive to Masai Mara game reserve with game drive en-route to the camp. In the evening check-in at the camp.

Day 8: 2020: Full Day in Masai Mara Game Reserve
Early breakfast on this day at the Mara, then depart for a full day game drive with picnic lunches that will take you to the Mara River to see the hippos and the crocodiles; and best of all the Annual Wildebeests’ migration.
Meals & Overnight (FB): Zebra Plains Mara Camp
Day 9: 2020: Full Day in Masai Mara
0600hrs, early morning game drive before breakfast to return at 0900hrs for breakfast at the camp. Mid-morning at leisure to enjoy the camp facilities. At 1300hrs is lunch at the Camp followed by afternoon game drive at 1530hrs to pursue wildlife in their busiest hour. Later at 1830hrs return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 10: 2020: Lake Nakuru National Park
At 08:00hrs; After Breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru NP and on arrival, mid-morning game drive till lunch hour when you will check-in at the camp for lunch. At 15:00hrs; go for the afternoon game drive till sunset.
Lake Nakuru: is a bird paradise with hundreds of pink flamingoes (depends on water levels) and pelicans, Rhinos, (White and Black), Buffaloes, Lions, the elusive Leopard, the rare bushbuck are also present park.
Meals & Overnight (FB): Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge
Day 11: 2020: Ol Pejeta Conservancy
07:00hrs; early morning breakfast and then depart for Ol Pejeta Conservancy arriving in time for lunch. Mid-afternoon at leisure to enjoy camp facilities. At 15:30hrs, embark on the afternoon game drive at the Conservancy. Return at 19:00hrs for dinner and overnight

Day 12: 2020; Departure
07:30hr take breakfast and depart for Nairobi where you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your International flight. End of your 12 Days Kenya and Tanzania Bush Safari Experience
