Rasuwagadi is the nearest port to enter Tibetan autonomous region through Langtang National Park. Langtang Valley Trek begins from Syabru Bensi after the 7 hours bus drive. Syabru Bensi is a junction of Langtang Valley trek and Tibetan Border “Kyirong dry port”. Cross the Bhote Koshi River at Syabru bensi and take the northern side to Langtangtang valley. Follow the cascading Langtang river bank through the forest of Oak, maple, Rhododendron, evergreen pine trees and bamboo trees in the river bank. Animals like Himalayan Black Beer, Yak, Himalayan Thar, Snow leopard, Assam macaque, and endanger animal red panda and more than 250 different species of birds are recorded in the Langtang National Park. The people follow the Tibetan Buddhism and speaks the Tibetan language. Langtang Lirung is the God of the valley and it is believed that Langtang valley is one of the many hidden valleys blessed by Guru Padmasambhava. The livelihood of the local people is Animal husbandry and Tourism. Cheese making was introduced in 1950s and tourism was introduced in the valley in 1970s that makes people life easier and supportive. Day 01: Kathmandu to Syabru Bensi 122km/8 hours
Your adventure travel begins from Kathmandu through the small village of Trisuli, Kalikasthan, Dhunche and finally to Syabru Bensi. This is a scenic drive that offers Langtang ranges, Ganesh Himal and Mt. Manaslu. Private Jeep drive will take about 5/6 hours and it is available at additional cost. Arrival and check in to the Guest House.

Day 02: Syabru Bensi Trek to Lama Hotel. 6hrs/11km
After having breakfast your journey begins along the Langtang Khola rive bank. Cross the bridge and continue through dense forest like oak, maple, bamboo, rhododendron and many more to Lama Hotel. Along the way you may see Langur, yellow throated martin, wild board, Himalayan Thar, red Panda. Arrival and check in Guest house.

Day 03: Lama Hotel Trek to Mundu. 5hrs/12km
Today you ascend to Ghodatabela through Rhododendron Forest. Once you reached Ghodatabela, you will imagine that going to enter into the different village. The wide valley, Mani wall, Chortens, views of Himalaya, flat roof house will fascinate your day. The Langtang village is moved further up to Mundu which is a pastureland and fertile land for barley, potatoes and wheat. Once the village swept by the avalanche in 2015 earth quack, the settlement moved to Mundu. Arrival and check in Tea House.

Day 04: Mundu trek to Kynjin Gompa-7km/3hrs/3860m
The trails to Kyanjin skirts gradually through pastureland. Diverse landscape, Crystal clear Mountain view, chirping birds with fluttering flags are on the top of your pleasurable moment. Cross the wooden cantilever bridge and reach the wide valley after passing the glacier moraine. Arival and check in Tea House.

Day 05: Exploration at Kyanjin 5-10km Kyanjin Ri, Tserko Ri
Kyanjin is the final destination of our trek. Here are several option to go and back. This is the perfect place to spend a day where you can visit monastery, Cheese factory, Hike upto Kyanjin Gumpa and recommended places to visit. At the same places if you are travelling with kids, this will be wonderful to play with baby yaks! Kyanjin to Kyanjin Ri is about 5 km but to go Tserko Ri is about 10 km and bit demanding. The choice is yours!

Day 06: Kyanjin Gompa Trek to Lama Hotel 2470/21km/7hrs
After filling your mind and heart with culture, landscape, Mountain views and follow back to Mundum, Langtang village, Ghoda Tabela. Feel the noise from the silent, Enjoy the artistic Monastery and Chortens that are enroute of the trek to Lama Hotes. The path is mostly well maintained but downhill. Arrival and check in Tea House.

Day 07: Lama Hotel Trek to Syabru Bensi 1470/11km/5hrs
You will be trekking through the different path to make a small loop. Trek to Rimche and follow the path to Sherpa Gaun. This path is about 1 hours longer but beautiful scenery. Explore and enjoy the typical village of Sherpa Gaun where you will be teken a lunch and descent to Syabru Bensi. Arrival and check in Guest house.

Day 8: Syabru Bensi drive to Kathmandu.
Wow!! Your adventure ends and overland start here! Drive back to Kathmandu is about 122 km through the well paved and dots roads to Kathmandu. The public bus takes about 8 hours but still you have an opportunity to take a private Jeep to Kathmandu for an additional cost. Arrival and transfer to the designated Hotel.
