The half day Costa Azul surf experience is ideal for kids as well as grownups, complete beginners and experienced surfers. Under the close guidance of our surf coaches, you will enjoy Mexican summer surfing. We are sure you’ll get up and ride your first wave much sooner than you may think, to become part of the surf tribe!!
If you crave for the wave take a surfing lesson in Costa Azul, close to Los Cabos. During spring and summer, cruise the waves at Costa Azul with a 3-hour morning or afternoon lesson (including round trip transportation). Already know the basics of surfing? No problem, you’ll receive tailored instruction according to your level of experience.
Bonus: Bottled water and granola bars and round-trip transport from hotels and the cruise terminal are included.
If you’d like to take someone with you who would not be participating in the surf lesson, additional rates apply (50 USD per pax). Please contact the local tour operator upon booking to pay for this directly at least 24 hr before the day of the tour.
This half day Costa Azul surf experience operates from March 15th to Nov 15th (we do not have waves in the wintertime at Costa Azul area, Cerrito’s option available on those dates).

Looking for Mexican summer surfing in Los Cabos? Here is what to expect on our half day Costa Azul surf experience:
1.- Transpeninsular Highway: We will travel in transportation until we reach Plaza Costa Azul.
2.- Costa Azul Beach: Located in San Jose del Cabo, we will start with the guide's instructions before we start having fun in the waves. After practicing in the waves, you can take a break and have a little snack while you start again. No experience is necessary. This Mexican summer surfing is ideal for beginners and intermediates.
3.- Transpeninsular Highway: At the end of the class, we will take a break under the camp of chairs and umbrellas. Afterward, you will be waiting for transportation to return to your Hotel.
