CroatiaRafting is a tourism adventure agency, located in Omiš, with a tradition lasting over a decade in organizing all kinds of adventure and cultural holidays in Croatia.

Cetina is a river in southern Croatia. It has a length of 101 km Cetina descends from an altitude of 385 m at its source to sea level when it flows into the Adriatic Sea. It is the most water-rich river in Dalmatia. Rafting on river Cetina that we offer you is 12 km long and it descends 47m. Normally rafting lasts approximately 2:30-3:00h from the start to the end on the water, but if you’re planning your vacation, you have to calculate that in total, rafting with transfer from Omiš to the start and from the end back to Omiš will last around 4:00h. The rafting consists of two big sections. The first 5 km are level 2, then there’s a part where all of the guests walk around for 200m, and after that, the rest of the route is level 3. The temperature of water in the river is around 25°C in summer. Rafting on river Cetina is safe for all kids aged 5 or more accompanied by a parent or guardian.

For a successful rafting excursion, please bring some kind of shoes, the best are cheap swimming shoes, but you can also bring any other kind of shoes, sneakers or flip-flops. Everything you have in the boat will probably be totally wet, so also bring the spare clothes that will wait for you in the van at the end of the rafting. Bring something to drink.
