Learn about and observe tropical fish, green sea turtles, & more in their world! All under direct care of our PADI-certified and insured instructors. Beginners and non-swimmers welcome.

This experience requires the completion of release forms and a short, e-learning tutorial.

Course Content

Discover Scuba Dive for Beginners in San Juan, Puerto Rico: Itinerary.

Here’s what you’ll do:
-Prior to your booking, you’ll complete medical questionnaire, liability release and e-learning tutorial online.
-Check in and meet your PADI Instructor.
-review of safety brief, equipment usage, & proper conduct around marine life.
-put on SCUBA equipment & walk into shallow water.
-in shallow water, you’ll practice breathing on SCUBA followed by skills practice: instructor demonstrates & guest divers practice required skills needed to explore deeper water.
-based upon your comfort and safety, the instructor leads you on scuba dive to see marine life, like blue tang, parrot fish, angel fish, green sea turtles, squid, & more! (Actual dive time 30-45 minutes depending upon air usage. Depth under 20ft.)
After, talk about marine animals you saw, & take home a signed log of your dive.
