Before start walking, you will visit an olive oil museum with an olive oil tasting. Transformed into a museum, it introduces the traditional method of olive oil production, another product that gives the Douro its name. Here, you can do your tasting, as well as wine tasting, with a breathtaking view over the Douro. Finally, you will do a small walk with your guide to see the vineyards and olive grove. You can see wave after wave of mountains beyond the wide expanse of the Douro.

9.30am - Meet your guide at Pinhão train station. The Railway Station is the most beautiful station in the Douro. Built during the 19th century it is known for its tiles depicting the production of Port wine, from the grape harvest, the treading of the grapes to the transport of the wine in rabelo boats down the river to the cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia.
9.45am - Visit an Olive Oil Museum at the village of Casal de Loivos. Casal de Loivos is a tiny village perched on a hill overlooking the popular village of Pinhão in the heart of the Douro Valley.
10am- Tastings: wine, olive oil and honey
10.45am - A small walking tour around the mountain
12.00 - Transfers back to Pinhão
