Got Lost Africa tours are a 4×4 overland and motorcycle tour operator. We are based in Cape town South Africa and design and run overland tours in South Africa and neighbouring countries. Got Lost was started in 2021 by Anton Butler renowned South African surfboard shaper and Gavin Bromley ex-South Africa international airline pilot. Anton and Gavin met at school, both love the outdoors whether it be traveling by motorcycle or 4×4. They have travelled extensively throughout South Africa and neighbouring countries and have accumulated a vast knowledge of the roads less travelled. This knowledge and experience is what Got Lost is built upon. We design and run custom tours as well as out set motorcycle tours which we run from our base camp in the little Karoo situated just outside of Calitzdorp on the famous R62 route. This area in the Western Cape has some of the best motorcycling territory in South Africa, situated close to the east coast it has everything for the adventure traveler.
