We offer guided outdoor adventure activities around the Blaenau Ffestiniog area of North Wales. All equipment is provided, no experience necessary, minimum age 4+.
We welcome groups of friends, couples, families, stag, hen and corporate teams. You can book your adventure online via the website. Our trips run April until November and we normally offer a morning and an afternoon session.
Our main activities are Canyoning (and Canyon Xtreme), Gorge Scrambling, Rock Climbing and Abseiling, Kayaking and Canoeing. We also sometimes offer guided mountain hiking and scrambling, underground trips in the slate mine and guided mountain biking and coaching.
Snowdonia Adventure Activities is owned and run by myself (George) and my partner Rachel; we have both grown up in North Wales and know the area very well. Every adventure is personally led by one/both of us! We’re very experienced and all of our trips are personally tailored to the group.
George: “I’ve grown up in Snowdonia and I was brought up doing things like rock climbing and surfing. I love living in North Wales; I get out climbing a lot, and I do a bit of kayaking, kitesurfing, mountain biking and general mountain exploring (with Sparky). I started the business back in 2011; I love showing people a real adventure and taking them out of their comfort zone! “
