Enjoy a safari & buggy multi activity tour in the Dominican Republic!

Departure to the ranch located in the small village called Benerito, aboard a safari truck, about 15 minutes from Bayahibe. After some explanations on safety rules, it’s time for adventure!

First off, you will cross sugar cane fields to make a stop at the weighing station where the guide will give you information on sugar industry. You’ll have a chance to taste some sugar cane before continuing with the vehicles.

Then we’ll pass through a small typical village called “Batey”, where mostly Haitian sugarcane workers live. A break is needed! It’s time for a swim in the river before discovering various tropical species plantation. At an inhabitant’s house by the river bank, you’ll taste local products such as cassava and plantain banana among others…

One last crossing of lands and then we head towards where lunch will be served by the riverside in the jungle. On our menu: traditional Dominican food served with panoramic views of lush nature.

After lunch, we head towards platform boat for a descent downriver to admire closely beautiful landscapes. We end up swimming in river with access to rope for fun jumping like Tarzan!
