Itinerary
15-day overland holiday in Bangladesh: Itinerary.
Day 1 – Arrival in Dhaka
Arrive at Dhaka airport and transfer to your downtown hotel. If time allows, enjoy a short walking tour of the city.
Day 2 - Dhaka Sightseeing
After breakfast, explore Dhaka. Visit Ahsan Manzil, Shakari Bazar, Dhakeshwari Temple, Armenian Church, and Star Mosque.
Day 3 - Paharpur and Rajshahi
Leave at 6am for Paharpur, a UNESCO site. Stop by Kusumba Mosque on the way.
Day 4 - Rajshahi Exploration
Visit terracotta temples in Puthia, return to Rajshahi for Varendra Museum, then take a train to Khulna.
Days 5-7 - Sundarbans Adventure
Travel from Mongla for a three-day boat tour in the Sundarbans. On Day 7, visit the sixty-domed mosque before taking the overnight train back to Dhaka.
Day 8 - Srimongal
Depart the train and head to Srimongal. Visit tea plantations and local tribes.
Day 9 - Srimongal to Chittagong
