This fly in lodge, but does have road access. Transfers to and from the lodge are customized specifically with each group. Heli Flights into and out of the Private Lodge are weather-dependent. During poor weather, or when outside daylight hours, alternate transfers may be arranged.
Arrivals: - The operator will work with your schedule to customize your arrival and transfer plan. Heli Transfers from the Terrace Airport are offered, daylight dependent. For later arrivals a road transfer is available.
Departures: - The NEH office will work with your schedule to customize your departure and transfer plan. Heli Transfers from the Terrace Airport are offered, daylight dependent. For later departures a road transfer is available.
Multilingual Ski Guides
Nearly 50% of all guests come from outside North America with the majority of international heli-skiing guests coming from European homelands like: Norway, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy.
Although most of our heli-skiing guides are Canadian, in addition to English, many of them speak several languages, including Norwegian, French, and German.
This operator flies Koala Helicopter, manufactured by Agusta Helicopters, is from Italy, and our Ullr Outdoor Bar, very popular for après ski, is named after the Norwegian God of Snow – Ullr.
