On arrival day, guests are welcomed by a representative at Akureyri Airport where you will be driven to Sigló Hotel. Ski fitting is done on the day of arrival. Before dinner, an introduction to meet our crew and provide you with all the information you need for the coming heliskiing days.
The safety and avalanche briefings are conducted on the first day of skiing before the first take-off. Your guides are more than just experts in their field; they are passionate adventurers who share a profound knowledge and connection with the terrain. They are recognized internationally by these certifications, including UIAGM/IFMGA, CSGA, ACMG, and NAMSG qualifications
Note: Now guests can fly direct from Manchester or London to Akureyri Airport.
