Coiba is one of the pillars of the Eastern Pacific Corridor – The Shark Triangle (Galapagos, Cocos, Malpelo). It is the only island which can be reached without live-a-board boat. We dive from land.
The are is known for marine mega fauna (hammerhead-, bull-, oceanic blacktop, whalesharks can be seen frequently at certain times if the year, humpback whales give birth and stay from July to October. Manyas, mobulas, pelagic stingrays are regular visitors.
White tip reef sharks, turtles and huge schools of fish can be seen on most of our dives.
We offer day trips with and without hotel packages from Santa Catalina to Coiba, as well as Multi Day Packages with private accommodation just a stone throw from several dive sites of Coiba National Park.
Scuba Coiba is a PADI 5 Star resort and offers diving courses from Discover (Trial) Dives to professional Dive Master certification.
We also offer NITROX for the more advanced divers.
