This operation is located at the east end of the 100km-long Quesnel Lake in British Columbia, Canada. As there are no roads in this remote area, clients and staff alike rely on boats, small aircraft or helicopters for transportation to and from Silvertip Lodge.

The terrain in this region is extremely varied. Wide open alpine vistas with deep untouched powder are mixed with exceptional tree skiing. Some of the best terrain is mere moments from the lodge so skiers are able to start their heli-skiing experience that much sooner. There is 1,440 sq. kilometers of tenure with only you and your group to enjoy it.

All trips include unlimited helicopter time, there will be no additional charges added for vertical or helicopter use. Helicopter use may at times be limited by weather and snowpack conditions for safety reasons, at the discretion of the pilots or guides.

Private Charter from Vancouver
From Vancouver International Airport (YVR), the estimated travel time is approximately 2.5 hours to the Lodge. Guests fly from the Air Elite Terminal Building, next to the Vancouver South Terminal (YVR). Guests are provided with a trip itinerary with departure times. In Vancouver guests board a private charter plane for a quick 1 hour flight to Williams Lake.

From Williams Lake Airport, a helicopter transports clients for a 45-minute flight to the wilderness Lodge. Staff will be waiting for your arrival to handle any final details of your trip including completion of our waiver, ensuring that you start your holiday as soon as you arrive at the lodge.

To start the day, guests have the option of a stretch class, followed by a delicious breakfast. Then it’s time to head to the helicopter for a day of heli-skiing that you’ll never forget. A break for lunch on the hill perhaps, or maybe you’ll want to return to the lodge for a hot meal before hitting the slopes again in the afternoon. The choice is up to you!

Following your epic day, you can relax in the lodge and enjoy delicious après-ski drinks and hors-d’oeuvres. You may then want to visit the spa for a massage and soak in the hot tub. Finally, the end of your day includes a gourmet meal and after-dinner drinks at the bar. Again, it’s up to you!
