As part of the new L’Echo du Pleney building it is on the doorstep of the Super Morzine lift and a short walk to the Pleney telepherique. This convenient and stylish apartment is ideal for a family or group of friends to soak up the Morzine atmosphere.

The open plan living area is enhanced by the vaulted roof which gives the area a light airy loft ambience. A contemporary wood burning fire adds to the cosy feel of the living space and the luxurious seating area looks out onto a private balcony with Pleney views. There is dining for 8 and a contemporary, well equipped kitchen with all the appliances you would expect and need. You’ll find a washing machine and tumble dryer in it’s own hallway cupboard.

A ski locker on the lower floor includes boot dryers and a place to store skis and boards. There is a private underground garage for two small cars parked end to end. The garage has a height limit of 1.9m.

Bikes can be stored securely in the garage but will take up one of the two parking spaces.

L’Echo du Pleney, Ginster is very central. It is in the centre of Morzine village so everything is an easy walk away.

SuperMorzine Telecabine – 180m / 2 minutes walk

Pleney Telecabine – 400m / 5 minutes walk. If you have young children or dislike walking too far in ski boots then you could use the free Petit Train which goes from 80 meters away from the residence and drops you at the Pleney Telecabine.

Nearest supermarket – Spar mini market is 150m / 2 minutes walk. Casino supermarket is 400m away.

Nearest restaurants – 170m / 2 minutes walk

Tourist Office – 260m / 3 minutes walk

To access Avoriaz directly without using the SuperMorzine telecabine, the A bus stops right outside the residence.

Ginster is at the rear of the residence and looks out over neighbourhood gardens to the peaks beyond, so although you are right in heart of town, once in the apartment you will feel a world away.

Morzine is the ultimate destination for active adventure holidays. With an abundance of activity providers and a stunning natural playground, there is nowhere better for exploring the great outdoors.
