Lati is a cosy retreat from the hustle and bustle of nearby Morzine. This is a newly built apartment sleeps up to 8 people in its 3 ensuite bedrooms. It has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. In good conditions you can ski to the apartment by dropping down from the blue “Piste B”.

Open Plan Living
The entrance hallway to Lati opens up to an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The owners have done a fantastic job of designing the space and have chosen comfortable and stylish furniture. There is a generous sofa area with plenty of room for friends or family groups to socialise, relax and enjoy the internet connected TV. This apartment feels particularly warm and cosy, a true home from home.

There is a well equipped kitchen with a full size hob and oven as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and family sized fridge/freezer. The dining table seats 8 people. There is a wrap around balcony from which you can keep an eye on the Pleney Telecabine.

Bedrooms at Lati
All 3 bedrooms are ensuite. Bedrooms 1 & 2 have superking or twin beds. The 3rd bedroom is a quad room with adult sized bunk beds which float over the superking or twin beds. All the bedrooms have plenty of storage. Bedroom 3 does not have a window.

A ski locker on the lower floor includes boot dryers and a place to store skis and boards and in summer mountain bikes. There is a private underground garage space for one car.
