Aquaholics Barra

Aquaholics Barra is owned and run by Greg and Gwen Pugh. We believe in giving our clients a never to be forgotten experience, through personal attention and therefore focus on smaller groups.

The reefs that surround the Barra Peninsula are exceptional and provide some of the best diving that Mozambique has to offer. Giant manta rays, the gentle giants of the ocean, frequent our reefs whilst we also have some of the most amazing macro life for the keen photographer. Whale sharks can be spotted during the boat ride to the dive sites. Winter months bring the humpback whales to our shores for amazing sightings. This is Bucket List stuff!

Courses, form Open Water all the way to Divemaster, are on offer along with a large variety of specialities. We pride ourselves in quality training and safety.

For those non-diving visitors, Ocean Safaris, will allow you to explore the ocean, looking for whale shark, humpback whales, mantas, dolphins and more. If conditions are good, you may even get the opportunity of snorkelling with these magnificent creatures. We also do Pansy Island and 2 Island trips which are suitable for the whole family.
