Information on the Shark Cage Diving in Gansbaai

Trip times are confirmed the day before at lunch time and are entirely weather dependent.

We do not take upfront payment, guest pay on the day they dive by cash or card at our premises.

On arrival you will be greeted by our friendly front of house manager and a light breakfast and beverages will be served. After breakfast you will have an extensive safety briefing, once completed you will embark on our vessel "White Shark" purpose built to strict industry standards and SAMSA approved for shark cage divine.

You will enjoy a thrilling 15/20 minute boat ride to the dive site where we drop anchor and prepare the equipment and secure the 8 man floating cage to the side of the vessel. 8 guests will then take turns to dive, each dive session is around 20 minutes and depending on shark activity more turns in the cage are possible.

This is a shallow dive that uses a simple breath holding method to view the sharks. Once everyone has had their fill of the excitement we head back to dry land for a hot shower and delicious warm lunch and beverages while watching the screening of the days adventure which is available for purchase on a custom made USB.
