Although the worlds largest mountains are in Nepal, and there is plenty of snow, there are not any ski resorts so traditional snowboarding holidays do not exist. However skiing and snowboarding does occur in the form of mountaineering expeditions, where you climb up to ride down. As the Capital city and largest urban area in Nepal Kathmandu is where most expeditions begin. Meaning technically Kathmandu snowboarding holidays are possible.
