The Seychelles are well known as a tropical paradise and if windsurfing here you won’t need a wetsuit. Strong winds from May to September mean great conditions and even outside the season of the trade winds regularly make windsurfing here possible the rest of the year. A Seychelles windsurfing holidays will see you in crystal clear waters with reefs and marine life viable below – if you are lucky you may share the water with dolphins and turtles.
The Seychelles are spread over a large area of the Indian Ocean and consist of 115 islands. This gives you plenty of choices of where to windsurf but conditions between islands. We strongly recommend checking the resort you’re going to before booking to see if windsurfing is available.

The two periods when we’d advise against windsurfing here are October to November and March to April as although there might be good winds on average there will not be enough to windsurfing. If taking the family for a beach holiday July and August is the best time to avoid rain
