1) Arrive in Kathmandu, (1350 meters/4,429 feet). Stay at hotel.
2) Take passport to Chinese embassy and orientation meeting. Stay at hotel.
3) Drive to Rusuwaghadi (2557 meters/8389 feet). Stay at hotel.
4) Enter Tibet, drive to Gyirong at 2700 meters (8,858 feet).Stay at hotel.
5) Rest & acclimatization in Gyirong. Walk around the local hills. Stay at Hotel.
6) Drive to Tingri (4300 meters/14,107 feet). Stay at hotel.
7) Rest and acclimatization in Tingri. Stay at hotel.
8) Drive to Chinese basecamp (5200 meters/17,060 feet). Camp.
9) Rest and acclimatization in Chinese base. Chance to hike to the Rongbuk Monastery, the highest monastery in the world. Meet the Lama and participate in a Puja ceremony. Camp.
10) Rest and acclimatization in Chinese base.
11) Rest and acclimatization in Chinese base.
12) Walk with the yaks halfway to advanced base to interim camp (5800 meters/19,000 feet). Camp.
