Day 1: Jeep Drive to Koto (2600m)
The journey starts with a drive towards Koto from Kathmandu for the Nar Phu Valley trek. Two options are available to reach Koto: by bus and jeep. Either way, travelers get to Koto with a beautiful view of the Himalayan landscape, terraced fields, traditional villages, and river valleys. A scenic drive from Kathmandu takes you to Koto. Breakfast is at the Kathmandu Hotel, lunch is along the way, and dinner is at Koto. Overnight at Koto.

Day 2: Trek to Meta/ Methang (3560m)
The trekking journey starts today with a 5-6-hour trek, beginning with a warm breakfast at Koto. Making way towards Meta/ Methang, one must walk through a rocky trail alongside Nar Khola(river). Upon reaching Meta, trekkers pass suspension bridges. Kyupar, Nar Phu Khola Campsite, Chhauchha, and Singenge Dharmashala are the villages along the way to Meta. Overnight at Meta.

Day 3: Trek to Kyang (3820m)
With a morning meal at Meta, you\'ll make your way towards Kyang on the third day of the journey. Along the trek, trekkers pass through the small villages of Junam Goth, Lower Chyako, and Upper Chyako. The walk from Meta to Koto provides panoramic views of mountains, including Chulu East, Chulu West, Chulu Central, and others, making an ideal trail for photography. Overnight at Kyang.

Day 4: Trek to Phu (4080m)
On the fourth day of the trek, you\'ll be in the first village, Phu, on the Nar Phu Valley trekking journey. Leaving Kayng and ascending provides a view of blue sheep and passes a suspension bridge and dangerous rocky path. Several hours of walking lead trekkers to the Phu Valley entrance gate, encouraging them to reach Phu Goan. Breakfast is in Kyang, and lunch and dinner are in Phu Goan. Overnight at Phu Goan.

Day 5: Exploration Day in Phu
The fifth day is an exploration and rest day at Phu. On this day, trekkers get the opportunity to see unique architecture, traditional Tibetan-style houses, ancient monasteries, and the Buddhist culture of Phu Goa. During the day, one can visit one of the most significant monasteries in the region, Thashi Gompa. Besides Thashi Gompa, there is a Samdu Choling Gompa that trekkers can exp. After a pleasant exploration, you\'ll return to your tea house for rest and overnight.

Day 6:Trek to Check via Phu Pass (5050m)
Once you finish your breakfast at Phu Goan, you\'ll set foot for Check. This day is memorable as it includes passing the Phu pass. Day 6 is the first of the three passes on the Nar Phu Valley trek. A successful cross on Phu passes takes Check with two hours of descent. Overnight at the tea house of Check.

Day 7: Trek to Nar (4110m)
After Phu Pass, you\'ll go to Nar Valley on the seventh day. The day starts with a delicious breakfast at Check. Three hours of walking from Check will take to Nar Pass. You\'ll descend to Nar village with a view of Mount Ganga Purna and Annapurna II. Two hours of descent from Nar takes you to Nar Village. Overnight at Nar.

Day 8: Trek to Pisang Via Kangla Pass (3200m)
Day eight is the region\'s last trekking day and the most challenging trek. Hikers move for Kangla Pass early in the morning with a packed lunch. Before reaching Kangla top, trekkers get to Kangla Phedi, where they get snow leopard sightseeing. After appreciating the view of Chulu and Annapurna massif, trekkers descend to Pisang through Ghyaru. Overnight at Pisang.

Day 9: Jeep Drive to Beshishahar and Bus Drive to Kathmandu
Saying goodbye to the Nar Phu Valley region, you\'ll have a jeep drive from Pisang to Besisahar. Once you reach Besisahar, you\'ll have a scenic drive towards Kathmandu on a bus. With the view of Nepal\'s distinctive landscape, once again, travelers reach Kathmandu after a 6-7 hour drive. Breakfast is at Pisang, lunch is at Besisahar, and dinner is at the Kathmandu Hotel. Overnight at Kathmandu hotel.
