Chalet Kapa is a prestigious, serviced chalet in central Morzine with a hot tub and sauna for up to 12 guests. This luxurious chalet is available to let as a luxury self catered ski chalet or alternatively you can add catering, extra housekeeping and other concierge services.
The chalet nestles on the lower ski slopes of the Pleney mountain and is 5 minutes walk from the village and lifts. The chalets large windows take in the picturesque view of the village and beyond to Avoriaz on the cliff tops above.
This is modern chalet living at its best. Aged wood has been used for the exterior and continues inside in a true chalet style. No expense has been spared with the interior, along with luxury furnishings and artwork there is a state of the art sound system in all the rooms, a huge internet connected TV in the living area, internet TVs in the bedrooms and of course WIFI throughout.
Chalet Kapa is on 4 floors with the large entrance hall, boot room and garage at road level. Bedrooms are on the first floor with the master suite on the third floor. The second floor has a large open plan living area with a central kitchen, dining and comfy seating at either end.
Open Plan Living
The impressive open plan living floor extends the full area of the chalet with huge windows at either end and skylights in the double height dining area. Sliding doors take in the fantastic views over the village and lead onto a full width balcony. To the rear, there are more large patio windows leading out to the secluded terrace where you will find the hot tub.
The central kitchen is sleek and modern with everything you or your private chef might need. There is plenty of comfortable seating around an 80 inch internet connected TV. The dining area has a large bespoke wooden table and generous seating.
A state of the art music system for the whole house can be controlled from the living room, or by mobile anywhere in the chalet. Each room is on a separate system or can be linked allowing for private choice or one huge party.
Bedrooms
The master suite has a super king bed and luxury bathroom plus walk in wardrobe. It has its own private balcony leading to the rear of the property.
The other 3 bedrooms also have large luxury beds and en-suite shower rooms. En-suite bedroom 4 is the family room with a door leading onto a quad bunk room. Fabulous for a group of kids. The bedroom and bunk room has a large window leading onto their own sunken patio. This will be a great place for kids to play in the snow in complete safety.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage along with the boot room. The lower floor also has the house WC.

If you are tired after a days skiing or snowboarding, the U bus stops right outside the chalet.
