Guide to Madrid trekking holidays

Madrid the capital of Spain is located in the centre of the country. There are 3.5 million people living in the city that is probably most famous for its football team, but also food, culture and shopping. Not far north of Madrid lies the Sierra de Guadarrama one of Spain’s best kept secrets. The rolling hills and 2000+ meter peaks are great for Madrid trekking breaks, providing world class walking and beautiful mountain scenery.
