Welcome to the breathtaking Shar Mountains on the Kosovan side! We’re delighted to offer you an exceptional cat-skiing experience, known for its affordability and unrivaled beauty in Europe. Our esteemed partners operate two top-of-the-line Snowcats, providing access to over 40 exhilarating descents within the Sharr Mountains.
Exploring the powder skiing terrain in the Balkans marks a new frontier for backcountry enthusiasts. Our Lodge offers superb accommodation options, including cozy double and twin en-suite rooms.
All of our descents are North facing, with a few exceptions at northeast and northwest orientations, all situated between 2400m and 2600m in elevation. This region experiences cold temperatures and receives an abundance of major storms, ensuring consistent snow coverage from late December through late April.
With an expansive cat-skiing terrain, you can expect to conquer daily descents of over 4000m+ vertical, including thrilling tree runs even on low visibility days. Rest assured, you’ll never traverse the same line throughout the entire week. Your adventure here promises a unique and unforgettable experience amidst the pristine Shar Mountain range.

Itinerary
Kosovo cat-ski holiday: Freeride skiing & snowboarding: Typical Day Itinerary.
07:30 AM – Enjoy a hearty breakfast followed by a daily briefing.
08:30 AM – Gather outside the Lodge for transceiver checks and depart with the Snow Cat.
09:00 AM – Dive into the first runs and get those legs moving!
Between 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Indulge in a forest lunch or explore other options based on the group’s preferences.
12:30 PM – Keep skiing, and skiing, and skiing – averaging around 4000m vertical throughout the day.
04:00 PM – Wrap up the day’s skiing (time may vary based on daylight and group’s energy levels).
04:30 PM – Enjoy a brief debriefing and look forward to the next day, followed by a well-deserved round of beers!
07:00 PM – Gather for a delicious dinner and Après-ski festivities.
