Mountain Experience provides the infrastructure: obtaining permits, outfitting and organising Base Camp facilities and arranging accommodation before and after the expedition. We stock, and set up, high camps, transport loads, provide food, tents, oxygen, satellite telephone, porters, our own Sherpas and Sardars, advice and assistance.

Will climb by the normal route via the south col, installing a Base Camp at 5,400m and four additional camps on the mountain at approximately 6,000m, 7,400m and 8,000m. Via this route, Everest is technically straightforward, but climbers must be aware of the potential for sudden weather changes and the risks involved.

Days 01 : Arrival at Kathmandu international airport, Transfer to Hotel.
Days 02 to 04 : Stay in Kathmandu for official procedure, Overnight at Hotel.
Days 05 : Fly to Lukla, trek to Phakding (2640m), Overnight at Lodge.
Days 06 : Trek to Namche Bazaar (3446m), Overnight at Lodge.
Days 07 to 08 : Stay at Namche Bazaar (3446m) for acclimatization, Overnight at Lodge.
Days 09 : Trek to Tyangboche (3867m), Overnight at Lodge.
Days 10 : Trek to Pheriche (4243m), Overnight at Lodge.
Days 11 : Trek to Lobuche (4930m), Overnight at Lodge.

What's Included

  • Permit and other charge: Expedition Royalty and permit of Nepal Government to climb Mt. Everest, Sagarmatha National park, TIMS permit, Pasang Lhamu vural VDC fee.
  • Arrival and Departure: Airport – Hotel transfers – Airport (Pick Up and Drop).
  • Hotel Accommodation: 4 night hotel accommodation in KATHMANDU at the 3* Hotel with BB plan in twin sharing basis; Full board on twin sharing basis on the Trek at high quality tea houses.
  • Welcome Dinner: Welcome Dinner in member’s standard restaurant in Kathmandu with Mountain Experience Staffs’
  • Khumbu Ice Fall fee: Climbing charge to Sagarmatha Pollution Control Committee.
  • Liaison Officer: One Government Liaison officer with full equipment allowance and accommodation.
  • Garbage Management: Stool Shipment Transfer & Garbage Deposit fees.
  • Flight tickets and transportation: Domestic Flight Kathmandu/Lukla /Kathmandu; All the airport pick up and drop; The entire groups transport in Nepal as per itinerary, necessary all equipment Transportation for all Members and Staffs From Kathmandu to Lukla by air cargo and to Base camp by Porters / Yak – While returning: Base camp to Lukla by porters / Yak and Lukla to Kathmandu by air cargo. Based on the condition expedition stuffs may transfer by land KTM-Phaplu.
  • Staffs: 1 member 1 Climbing Sherpa; Base camp and C 2 cook and kitchen helpers as required; Climbing Sherpa, Cook and Kitchen staff at BC and Camp 2,equipment allowances, daily wages and food; Carry bonus for Climbing Sherpa staff.
  • Insurance: For Sherpa, cook and Porters staff insurance, Emergency Evacuation, medical and rescue insurance during the Expedition.
  • Member Luggage: Up to 60 Kg per member for personal baggage during the trek carrying by porters or Yaks.
  • Food & Fuel: Food 3 meals a day (BDL; including tea and coffee) along with accessible accommodation at Hotel/Lodge/Tea house/during the trek and Base camp. Well-managed base camp set up for member & Staffs; BC and C 2 food and fuel, Espresso/Coffee, comfortable BC environment and high quality food served by our kitchen staff; High food for members and other necessary, Sherpa C1, C2, C3 and C4 food
  • Tents: Base camp tent: Each tent per member will have Kailas tent; High altitude tent: 1 HA tent per 2 members; At Base Camp Dinning tent, Kitchen tent, Toilet tent and Shower tent, staffs tent, and cooking sets for Base Camp, Foam Mattress, Pillow per member, Insulate Mattress, Tables, Chairs and all necessary cooking gears; Heater:Heater for base camp in each Dining and other necessary camp.
  • Oxygen: 11 bottles oxygen. (7 bottles for member and 4 bottle for Sherpa); 2 set mask and regulators; Emergency Oxygen -Mask and regulator (If used, It will be paid it from user)
  • Light: Solar panel/generator at base camp for recharging
  • Radio: BC Base station 1, Walkie-talkie per member 1
  • Group Climbing Equipment: Epi gas, Epi gas stoves, high cooking pot sets and Insulate Mattress in mountain etc.; Foam Mattress, Pillow per member, Insulate Mattress, Tables, Chairs and all necessary cooking gears; Gammo bag(chamber bag) at base camp for medical propose, medical kits; We support with heaters in BC, Icefall and all route fixing costs.
