Discover surfing effortlessly, move through the foam zone with water up to your waist. This area close to the edge is the ideal place to start, the waves there are easy and gentle and to reach it, it is not necessary to paddle. With the advice of your instructors, your progress will be made throughout the week. From observing and analyzing the spot on the beach then moving through the white zone to synchronizing your departure with the foam, sliding, balancing and standing up. This first week will make you autonomous in your development zone Beyond the sporting aspect, surfing will allow you to be as close as possible to the ocean, to understand the waves and thus to feel confident in the zone of foam.
