Boracay Island Wakeboard guide

Boracay is the Philippines’ paradise holiday island. It attracts visitors from all over the world to its white sand beaches, clear blue seas and good-time vibes. Boracay is cosmopolitan, vibrant and fun. Boracay is not just about soaking up rays: for many it’s about getting out on the water and getting active. Many other watersports are offered on the island and in particular on Boracay Island kitesurfing holidays are very popular. But if you are looking for a Boracay island wakeboard holiday then no problem.

There are operators all around the Boracay coast offering wakeboarding, and it’s not hard to get to any of them as Boracay is just seven kilometres long. You’re never far from the beach and the ocean when you’re on the island or from someone offering to take you wakeboarding.

Boracay’s waters are generally calm, making it a great place for beginners to learn to wakeboard, and a great place for the more experienced to practise tricks and jumps. During the monsoon, this can all change, as storms roll in off the sea. Take your trip to Boracay between November and May if you want guaranteed dry weather. Water temperatures hover around the 25 to 30 degree range, so you’ll never need to worry about getting chilly.

Boracay is the perfect place to combine wakeboarding with other sports such as windsurfing or a Philippines scuba diving holiday. You can also enjoy the island’s party scene, with music on the beaches and cocktail bars.

A Boracay wakeboard trip is one you’ll remember forever. The island really does live up to its reputation as a beach paradise. It is an especially good place to learn to wakeboard, with no worries about rough seas or cold water.

I am going to Boracay this November and would like to wakeboarding a whole day with friends

    herewith my planning ,

9am – get into the boat and start wakeboarding

1pm – get off the boat and find somewhere to lunch

2pm – get back to the boat

    5pm – finshed.

also, we didn’t have our own equipment,

Can you please let me know the around price if we going to play a whole day?

also will any of you provide those equipment (eg. board & lifejacket)

    Thanks

    • Hi Jacky

Sounds like a great plan, however I have no idea of prices etc. Our site is a blog about wakeboarding so we do not normally handle enquiries like yours.

      Have a great trip.
