A Central America surf trip could see you surfing in any of the countries from Panama in the south up to Mexico in the north. Central America is not a continent in its own right, it is just the southern portion of North America and for this reason Mexico is included Mexico in both regions. Both the east and the west coast of Central America have fantastic surfing opportunities.
